We are Oliva Hill Olive Oil based out of Paso Robles, California where we grow and harvest our own Oil. Currently, we have over 700 Arbequina and Koroneiki trees in which we hand pick, producing a beautiful blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oil suitable for any dish.
